  • cup powdered sugar
  • ¼ cup cocoa powder
  • 1 ½ cup heavy whipping cream

Instructions

  1. Whisk ⅓ cup powdered sugar with ¼ cup cocoa powder in a small bowl.
  2. Add 1 ½ cup heavy whipping cream and dry ingredients to a large mixing bowl and beat with a stand mixer fitted with the whisk attachment or a hand mixer until the cream reaches medium-stiff peaks.
  3. The whipped cream is best used immediately but will keep covered in the refrigerator for up to 3 hours before it will start to deflate.
