Ingredients
- 40 saltine crackers
- 1 cup butter
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- ⅓ cup Chopped Pecans
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Line a 10-inch x 15-inch baking sheet with tin foil and spray with non-stick cooking spray.
- Place your saltine crackers on a prepared baking sheet in even rows, set aside.
- In a saucepan, melt together your butter and brown sugar and bring to a boil and let boil for a few minutes.
- Pour over saltines and spread out and then bake in the oven for about 5 minutes until bubbly.
- Remove from oven and immediately sprinkle with chocolate chips and let sit for about 5 minutes.
- Spread melted chocolate evenly over crackers and then sprinkle with chopped pecans, sprinkles, an and let harden.
