- 500 g watermelon cut into cubes
- 150 g grapes red and green
- 100 g raspberries
- 100 g blueberries
- 1 orange small; peeled and split into segments
- 1 apple small; sliced
- 2 tablespoon pomegranate jewels
- 8 pretzel sticks
- 4 sprig fresh Rosemary
Instructions
- Simply add rows of fruit and berries in a tree shape.
- Add the herbs to the side and the pretzel sticks for the trunk.

Notes
- To make this Christmas fruit platter last a bit longer on a party table, squeeze some lemon juice over the cut apples to prevent them from browning.
- We wouldn't recommend adding banana slices to this, as they will brown too quickly and go mushy.
- Have some toothpicks or mini tongs nearby for guests to pick fruit up with, rather than using their hands.
