Ingredients

  • 500 g watermelon cut into cubes
  • 150 g grapes red and green
  • 100 g raspberries
  • 100 g blueberries
  • 1 orange small; peeled and split into segments
  • 1 apple small; sliced
  • 2 tablespoon pomegranate jewels
  • 8 pretzel sticks
  • 4 sprig fresh Rosemary

Instructions

  1. Simply add rows of fruit and berries in a tree shape.
  2. Add the herbs to the side and the pretzel sticks for the trunk.

Notes

  • To make this Christmas fruit platter last a bit longer on a party table, squeeze some lemon juice over the cut apples to prevent them from browning.
  • We wouldn't recommend adding banana slices to this, as they will brown too quickly and go mushy.
  • Have some toothpicks or mini tongs nearby for guests to pick fruit up with, rather than using their hands.
