Ingredients

  • 1 kg green grapes
  • 130 g raspberries
  • 150 g blueberries
  • 60 g pomegranate jewels
  • 10 g fresh mint

Instructions

  1. Firstly, arrange 1 kg Green grapes into a large ring.
  2. Add 130 g Raspberries.
  3. Next add 150 g Blueberries.
  4. Scatter over 60 g Pomegranate jewels.
  5. Finally, add 10 g Fresh mint to the the edge of the wreath.

Notes

  • You need a large circular serving tray to build this fruit wreath. Depending on the size of the tray you have, you may need to adjust the amount of fruit used.
  • If you don't have a circular serving board, then you could just line a baking tray with baking paper and then shape your wreath into a circle.
  • Try to serve this within an hour or two of making it for the freshest dish and use the freshest fruit that you can.
