Thick & chewy oatmeal cookie bars all dressed up for Christmas! Toss in some red and green sprinkles to make them extra festive!

Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups rolled oats
- 2 cups flour
- 1 1/2 cups brown sugar
- 1 1/4 cups Butter, melted
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
- 1 1/2 cups red and green m&ms
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Instructions
- Heat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9x13 baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
- Add everything but the m&ms and chocolate chips to the bowl of a stand mixer and beat until just combined.
- Stir in the candy and chocolate chips.
- Spread the batter into the baking dish. Bake for 28 minutes or until a tester comes out with just a few moist crumbs. Bars should look slightly underdone.
- Let cool 1 hour before cutting into bars.
