Christmas Smores Bark

Milk chocolate smores bark with a festive twist.

Ingredients

  • 10.5 ounces milk chocolate (300g)
  • 7 Graham crackers (or 7 digestive biscuits)
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows (55g)
  • Handful red & green Mini M&Ms (or other colourful candies)
  • 2-3 Tablespoons Christmas cake sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Line a baking tray with baking paper or clingfilm.
  2. Melt the chocolate in a heatproof bowl.
  3. Break the crackers into medium-sized chunks and stir them into the melted chocolate along with the mini marshmallows.
  4. Transfer the mixture onto your lined tray and spread it out into a rectangle shape.
  5. Top with the mini M&Ms and cake sprinkles, plus a few extra mini marshmallows and some cracker crumbs.
  6. Let the bark sit out at room temperature for a few hours until solid. Then break or cut it into shards and enjoy.

Notes

  • Store in an airtight container at room temperature or in the fridge for up to 1 week. If there are no cracker/biscuit pieces on top, the bark will last for up to 4 weeks.
