Christmas Tree Brownies

Ingredients

  • 18.3 ounce Family Size Fudge Brownie Mix + necessary ingredients, ours used water, vegetable oil, and eggs
  • 15.6 ounce tub green frosting
  • Christmas sprinkles
  • Party straws red/white stripe, cut into 3 inch sections

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Prepare brownies according to directions on the box.
  2. Once done, remove them from the oven and place the pan on a cooling rack to cool completely.
  3. When they are cool cut them into 12 equal squares. Then cut a triangle out of each square. Place the scraps in a resealable bag for snacking!
  4. Add a 3- inch section of straw to the bottom of each brownie. Place the green icing in a piping bag and pipe in a zig-zag pattern from top to bottom of each triangle brownie.
  5. Decorate with sprinkles and place on your favorite holiday serving platter.

Notes

  • FRIDGE: You can extend the life of easy Christmas tree brownies by storing them in the fridge. Store in an air tight container for up to a week!
  • FREEZER: Place brownies onto a cookie sheet and freeze. Once frozen solid, place them into an airtight container or freezer bag and store for up to 2 months.
