Ingredients
- 1 crown broccoli, large
- 1 cup sugar snap peas
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 1 yellow bell pepper
Instructions
- Rinse veggies. Chop broccoli and bell pepper into strips.
- Arrange the snap peas on a platter to resemble the outline of a Christmas Tree with the angle of the peas downward. Fill the center in with the broccoli florets.
- Add bell peppers to look like garland, and then use 4 smaller strips to create a star at the top.
- Sprinkle with cherry tomatoes to resemble ornaments and serve with your favorite veggie dip.

Notes
- Dip options. Dill Veggie Dip, Hummus Recipe, Homemade Ranch Dressing
- Prep ahead of time. Prep veggies up to 48 hours in advance. Keep the different elements in separate Ziplocs in the fridge. Assemble the Christmas veggie tray a few hours before serving. Wrap the tree with plastic wrap and keep it in the fridge.
- Store leftovers together, or separate them into individual containers and refrigerate.
