Ingredients

  • 3 cups rice Chex cereal (90g)
  • 2 cups mini pretzel twists (60g)
  • 1.5 cups mini Saltines (45g) or regular saltines broken into about 4 pieces
  • 1 cup salted peanuts (130g)
  • 10 oz. white candy melts or white chocolate chips or almond bark
  • 2 tsp coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar (60g)
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows (60g)
  • 1 cup Christmas M&Ms (200g)
  • Christmas sprinkles optional

Instructions

  1. Add the chex, pretzels, saltines and peanuts into a large mixing bowl.
  2. In a separate microwavable safe bowl, add the white chocolate and coconut oil. Microwave in 30 second increments, stirring in between, at 50% power until melted (you can also use a double boiler for this).
  3. Pour the melted white chocolate in the bowl with the Chex and immediately mix together until the white chocolate has coated everything.
  4. Add the powdered sugar and toss again. Finally, add the marshmallows and M&Ms into the bowl and toss one last time.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a baking sheet and allow it to cool for about 30 minutes.
  6. Top with Christmas sprinkles, if desired, and enjoy!
