Ingredients
- 3 cups rice Chex cereal (90g)
- 2 cups mini pretzel twists (60g)
- 1.5 cups mini Saltines (45g) or regular saltines broken into about 4 pieces
- 1 cup salted peanuts (130g)
- 10 oz. white candy melts or white chocolate chips or almond bark
- 2 tsp coconut oil
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar (60g)
- 1 cup mini marshmallows (60g)
- 1 cup Christmas M&Ms (200g)
- Christmas sprinkles optional

Instructions
- Add the chex, pretzels, saltines and peanuts into a large mixing bowl.
- In a separate microwavable safe bowl, add the white chocolate and coconut oil. Microwave in 30 second increments, stirring in between, at 50% power until melted (you can also use a double boiler for this).
- Pour the melted white chocolate in the bowl with the Chex and immediately mix together until the white chocolate has coated everything.
- Add the powdered sugar and toss again. Finally, add the marshmallows and M&Ms into the bowl and toss one last time.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking sheet and allow it to cool for about 30 minutes.
- Top with Christmas sprinkles, if desired, and enjoy!
