Ingredients

  • 2 ripe avocados peeled and diced
  • 1 ripe avocado peeled and mashed
  • 1/3 cup red onion finely diced
  • 1/2 cup ripe tomatoes diced
  • 1 small jalapeño seeded and finely diced
  • 2 teaspoons garlic minced
  • 1/3 cup fresh cilantro chopped
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 2 pinches cumin
  • kosher salt to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the diced and mashed avocados, onions, tomatoes, jalapeño, garlic, and cilantro. Drizzle with lime juice and season with cumin and salt to taste.
  2. Gently mix the ingredients to combine without mashing the avocados much more. Adjust seasoning if necessary and serve immediately.
