Ingredients
- ½ cup crab meat lump
- ½-1 tbsp mayonnaise to taste, good quality
- 1 tbsp cilantro chopped, fresh
- 2 tsp red onion diced finely
- 1-2 tsp jalapeño diced finely
- 1 tsp lime zest
- lime juice juice from 1/2 lime
- salt to taste, sea salt and freshly cracked
- black pepper to taste, sea salt and freshly cracked
- cumin dash
- 1 avocado cut in half, pit removed, ripe
Instructions
- Combine the lump crab meat, mayonnaise, cilantro, red onion, jalapeño, lime zest, lime juice, sea salt, freshly cracked pepper, and cumin.
- Spoon the crab mixture into each avocado half and serve immediately. Enjoy.
