Ingredients

  • ½ cup crab meat lump
  • ½-1 tbsp mayonnaise to taste, good quality
  • 1 tbsp cilantro chopped, fresh
  • 2 tsp red onion diced finely
  • 1-2 tsp jalapeño diced finely
  • 1 tsp lime zest
  • lime juice juice from 1/2 lime
  • salt to taste, sea salt and freshly cracked
  • black pepper to taste, sea salt and freshly cracked
  • cumin dash
  • 1 avocado cut in half, pit removed, ripe

Instructions

  1. Combine the lump crab meat, mayonnaise, cilantro, red onion, jalapeño, lime zest, lime juice, sea salt, freshly cracked pepper, and cumin.
  2. Spoon the crab mixture into each avocado half and serve immediately. Enjoy.
