Ingredients

  • 1 ounce chickpeas drained and skinned, canned
  • 2 tablespoons cilantro roughly chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic peeled
  • 1 tablespoon jalapeño roughly chopped (about 1/2 a jalapeño)
  • 1/2 tablespoon lemon juice fresh
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice fresh
  • salt pinch
  • black pepper pinch
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon water

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients, apart from the olive oil and water in a small food processor and blend until smooth.
  2. With the machine running, stream in the olive oil and water and continue processing until super creamy and smooth.
  3. Spread on everything!
