Cilantro Lime Air Fryer Chicken Wings

These Air Fryer chicken wings are going to be a guaranteed hit. The cilantro-lime marinade makes them finger licking good!

Ingredients

  • 1 kg (2lb) chicken wings
  • 1½ cups Fresh coriander / cilantro
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 2 tsp lime zest
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 1-2 red chillies
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1½ tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper

Instructions

  1. Combine the coriander/cilantro, garlic, chilli, lime juice and zest, olive oil, salt and pepper in a food processor and blend until smooth.
  2. Place the chicken wings in a large bowl and pour over the marinade and mix to coat the wings.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for up to 24 hours but at least 30 minutes. 
  4. Place the chicken wings in a single layer in the basket of an Air Fryer. Cook at 200ºC/390ºF for another 12-15 minutes or until the chicken wings are golden brown, crisp and cooked through.
  5. Serve with lime wedges.
