Cilantro Lime Air Fryer Chicken Wings

These Air Fryer chicken wings are going to be a guaranteed hit. The cilantro-lime marinade makes them finger licking good!

Ingredients
- 1 kg (2lb) chicken wings
- 1½ cups Fresh coriander / cilantro
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 2 tsp lime zest
- 4 garlic cloves
- 1-2 red chillies
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1½ tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
Instructions
- Combine the coriander/cilantro, garlic, chilli, lime juice and zest, olive oil, salt and pepper in a food processor and blend until smooth.
- Place the chicken wings in a large bowl and pour over the marinade and mix to coat the wings.
- Cover and refrigerate for up to 24 hours but at least 30 minutes.
- Place the chicken wings in a single layer in the basket of an Air Fryer. Cook at 200ºC/390ºF for another 12-15 minutes or until the chicken wings are golden brown, crisp and cooked through.
- Serve with lime wedges.
