Cilantro Lime Vinaigrette

You only need a handful of ingredients to make this simple but delicious cilantro lime vinaigrette. Not just for salad, this versatile dressing can be served over some chicken, fish, vegetables, or pasta. It's bright, light, and so fresh!

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup cilantro
  • ¼ cup lime juice
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 6 tablespoons oil

Instructions

  1. Add cilantro, lime juice, maple syrup, garlic, salt, pepper, and oil to a food processor.
  2. Blend it until well combined and smooth. Season with additional salt and pepper if desired.
