Ingredients

  • 16 oz whole raw pecans
  • ½ cup maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon ground ginger
  • ¼ teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 F (176 C)
  2. Stir the 16 ounces of pecans, ½ cup maple syrup, 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon, ½ teaspoon ground ginger, and ¼ teaspoon salt together until the pecans are fully coated.
  3. Spread the pecans evenly onto a baking sheet (line with parchment paper to avoid sticking and a messy clean up) and roast for approximately 10 minutes, or until they're golden brown. Shake the pan once midway through roasting. Let cool.
