Ingredients
- 1 cinnamon rolls can jumbo , 5 rolls
- 1 gala apple 2 small apples, peeled and sliced into thin wedges.
- 6 oz butter chopped into small bits
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- ½ cup oatmeal
Instructions
- In a large silicone baking dish, add cinnamon rolls and press down to flatten and make a base.
- Peel apple and slice into thin wedges.
- Lay apple wedges into a circle on top of cinnamon roll crust.
- In a small bowl, mix oatmeal, butter, and sugar with hands.
- Crumble oatmeal mixture over apples and cinnamon roll base.
- Bake 20 minutes, until sides are browned well and crumble on top has nicely browned.
- Let cool slightly.
- Drizzle icing from cinnamon roll package on top of crumble.
- Serve immediately.
