Ingredients
- 16 ounce can refrigerated jumbo biscuits
- ½ cup granulated white sugar
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 2 Tablespoons butter melted
Instructions
- Preheat the Air Fryer to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
- In a small bowl combine cinnamon and sugar, set aside.
- Cut each biscuit into quarters.
- Spray the Air Fryer basket with non-stick cooking spray. Place biscuit quarters in the basket making sure they are not touching or overlapping. You will need to do this in two batches.
- Air fry biscuits for four minutes or until golden brown
- Remove from the Air Fryer, place cooked biscuits in a bowl, drizzle half of the butter over the top and toss to combine until evenly coated in butter.
- Transfer butter covered biscuits to ziploc bag, pour half of cinnamon sugar mix into bag. Seal bag and shake to coat.
- Repeat with remaining biscuits.
- Serve immediately.
