Cinnamon Sugar Monkey Bread Bites

Cinnamon Sugar Monkey Bread Bites are small pieces of biscuit dough coated in cinnamon sugar, baked into bite-sized golden balls and finished with a sweet vanilla glaze. The result is a pull-apart style treat with a soft, buttery interior and crisp, cinnamon-spiced exterior. They work well for sharing or casual snacking.

  • You may use salted butter instead of unsalted; simply omit the kosher salt in the recipe if doing so.
