Ingredients

  • 2 cups orange juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 2 tablespoons honey add more for added sweetness
  • 1 orange sliced and cut into wedges

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Place your 10-count popsicle mold onto the counter.
  2. In a pitcher (you want something easily pourable) add orange juice, water, lemon juice, and honey. Stir to combine. Taste and add more honey if desired.
  3. Add a few orange slices to the molds, pour in the juice, add in your popsicle stick, top with mold cover, and add to the freezer.
  4. Freeze for at least 8 hours but preferably overnight.
  5. Let popsicles sit out for 5 minutes and remove from the popsicle mold.

Notes

  • The sweetness of the popsicles will depend on the sweetness of the orange juices. Add more honey, 1 tablespoon at a time, until the desired sweetness is achieved.
  • Honey can be substituted by granulated sugar, maple syrup, or simple syrup.
  • Leftover juice can be drunk as a simple orangeade.
