Ingredients

  • ½ cup unsalted butter (8 Tbsp or 1 stick)

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Cut butter into small pieces.
  2. Melt butter in a saucepan over low heat, and do not stir.
  3. Skim off foam and discard.
  4. Pour the butter over a fine mesh sieve to avoid the milky layer.
  5. Now ready to use.
