- 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 2 teaspoons liquid hickory smoke
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 2 teaspoons black pepper
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 1/2 teaspoon ground mustard or 2 teaspoons yellow mustard
