Ingredients

  • 2 (28-ounce) cans baked beans
  • 6 trips Bacon
  • 1/2 large yellow onion chopped
  • 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
  • 2 teaspoons yellow mustard
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons minced garlic 

Instructions

  1. Partially cook the bacon in a skillet to render some of the fat. Transfer to a cutting board and roughly chop.
  2. Place all ingredients in a 4-6 quart slow cooker and mix well.
  3. Cook on low for 5-6 hours, or high for 3-4 hours. Cook until the onions have cooked through.
