Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce or coconut aminos
  • 1 1/2 /2 teaspoons anchovy paste
  • 1 1/2 /2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 cup mayonnaise or Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 /2 cup Parmesan Cheese finely grated
  • 1/4 /4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 /4 teaspoon black pepper ground

Instructions

  1. Whisk lemon juice, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, anchovy paste, and Dijon mustard until well combined. Add in mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt) and whisk until creamy.
  2. Stir in parmesan cheese, salt and pepper. Serve or store.

Notes

  • Store this dressing in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 7 days.
  • Whisk before serving if separation occurs during storage.
  • You can substitute Greek yogurt for mayonnaise for a lighter texture.
