Ingredients

  • 4 cups chicken breast chopped into small cubes and some shredded, cooked
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup yogurt plain, Greek
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 cup celery chopped finely
  • 2 tablespoons green onions chopped
  • 3 tablespoons almonds or slivered almonds, optional, chopped
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Chop the chicken and add it to a large bowl.
  2. Prep and add the rest of the ingredients.
  3. Mix all the ingredients together well, taste, and adjust for salt and pepper. Also, add more mayo if needed. Refrigerate for at least an hour.
  4. Serve and enjoy!
