Classic Crab Salad

The addition of celery and shallots adds a subtle crunch and mild sharpness, balanced by fresh herbs like parsley, chive, and dill. The salad is chilled or served immediately, making it a light and refreshing dish suitable for sandwiches, wraps, or as a standalone appetizer.
