Ingredients
- 2 lbs tomatoes
- 2 lbs cucumbers
- 1 small yellow onion
- 2 tbsp Dill chopped
- 1 tsp salt
- 3 tbsp sunflower oil
- 1 tsp white vinegar
Instructions
- Prepare all salad ingredients.
- Slice tomatoes, cucumbers, and onion into bite-sized pieces and add to large bowl. Finely chop dill.
- Toss all the ingredients together with salt, sunflower oil, and vinegar.
- Serve the salad while it's fresh.
