Ingredients

  • 2 lbs tomatoes
  • 2 lbs cucumbers
  • 1 small yellow onion
  • 2 tbsp Dill chopped
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 3 tbsp sunflower oil
  • 1 tsp white vinegar

Instructions

  1. Prepare all salad ingredients.
  2. Slice tomatoes, cucumbers, and onion into bite-sized pieces and add to large bowl. Finely chop dill.
  3. Toss all the ingredients together with salt, sunflower oil, and vinegar.
  4. Serve the salad while it's fresh.
