Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana
  • ½ cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 cup unsweetened milk nut, soy, animal
  • ½ cup plain greek yogurt or plant-based yogurt for a vegan smoothie
  • honey or maple syrup to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients except the maple syrup/honey in a blender and blend until smooth. Sweeten to taste.
