Ingredients

  • 1 head iceberg lettuce washed.
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved or quartered
  • 4 green onions sliced
  • 1/2 cup crispy bacon crumbled
  • 1/2 cup blue cheese crumbled
  • 1/2 cup blue cheese dressing

Instructions

  1. Core the lettuce and cut lengthwise twice so that you have 4 equal wedges of lettuce. If the head of lettuce is extra large you may want to half each wedge to make a more reasonable size.
  2. Place each wedge on a plate. Top the wedge with 2 tbsp gorgonzola dressing, 1/4 cherry tomatoes, 1-2 tbsp green onion, 2 tbsp bacon crumbles, and 2 tbsp blue cheese.
  3. Serve immediately. Enjoy!
