Ingredients

  • 1 large green apple
  • 1 large ripe avocado, peeled and cubed
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
  • 3 teaspoons raw honey
  • 1 ½ cups nut milk 350 ml

Instructions

  1. Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. I usually run it twice to get it nice and smooth.
  2. Serve immediately. I usually garnish it with shaved dark chocolate or cacao bits (optional).

Notes

  • Storage: This smoothie is best enjoyed fresh, but you can store it in an airtight container or mason jar in the fridge for up to 24 hours. Give it a good shake before drinking.
