Coconut Flour Mug Cake
A quick single-serving coconut flour mug cake that combines mashed banana, almond milk, and a hint of vanilla to create a moist and flavorful treat. Ingredients
- 2 Tablespoons coconut flour
- 1 Tablespoon maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt sea salt
- 1/2 banana mashed
- 3 Tablespoons egg whisked (or 1 egg, white
- 1/2 Tablespoon coconut oil melted
- 1 Tablespoon almond milk
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 Tablespoon chocolate chips
Instructions
- Mix ingredients: In large mug, mix together coconut flour, maple syrup, baking powder, sea salt, banana, egg, coconut oil, almond milk, mashed banana and vanilla. Stir in chocolate chips.
- Cook: Place in microwave and heat on normal setting for 2 minutes. Check to see if it's still doughy in the center, if so heat for another minute until mug cake is cooked through. Let cool for 2-3 minutes, then enjoy.
