Coconut Kiss Cocktail (Mocktail Version)

Ingredients

  • 4 oz coconut cream ½ cup
  • 2 oz cherry juice ¼ cup
  • 2 oz pineapple juice ¼ cup
  • 1 oz fresh lime juice
  • ice
  • 2 oz (optional) coconut rum

  • Pineapple Slice
  • condensed coconut milk

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Shaker: Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add in the coconut cream, pineapple juice, and lime juice. If including alcohol, add it now.
  2. Shake It Up: Close the shaker tightly and shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds to chill the mixture thoroughly and incorporate all the flavors.
  3. Rim the Glass (optional): For a special touch, dip the rim of your glass in condensed coconut milk or rub a lime slice around the rim and dip in sugar.
  4. Add Cherry Juice: Add some ice to your rimmed glass and pour the cherry juice into the bottom.
  5. Add Coconut Kiss: Strain the mixture into your glass. To ensure you get layers, place a spoon into the glass and pour over the back of the spoon slowly.
  6. Garnish: Garnish with fresh pineapple slices or fresh cherries and serve.

Notes

  • Storage Tips: Store any leftover mocktail in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours. Shake well before serving. For longer storage you can freeze into ice cubes.
