- 4 oz coconut cream ½ cup
- 2 oz cherry juice ¼ cup
- 2 oz pineapple juice ¼ cup
- 1 oz fresh lime juice
- ice
- 2 oz (optional) coconut rum

Instructions
- Prepare the Shaker: Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add in the coconut cream, pineapple juice, and lime juice. If including alcohol, add it now.
- Shake It Up: Close the shaker tightly and shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds to chill the mixture thoroughly and incorporate all the flavors.
- Rim the Glass (optional): For a special touch, dip the rim of your glass in condensed coconut milk or rub a lime slice around the rim and dip in sugar.
- Add Cherry Juice: Add some ice to your rimmed glass and pour the cherry juice into the bottom.
- Add Coconut Kiss: Strain the mixture into your glass. To ensure you get layers, place a spoon into the glass and pour over the back of the spoon slowly.
