Coconut Matcha Latte

Ingredients

  • ⅛ cup coconut cream (the hard/solid) part of a can of coconut milk
  • 1 teaspoon Four Sigmatics Matcha Powder
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • ¾ cup boiling water
  • cinnamon for dusting, optional

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. In a mini blender, combine all the ingredients.
  2. Blend until smooth and matcha powder is dissolved.
  3. Pour into your favorite mug.
  4. If you have a milk frother, add some additional coconut milk and/or almond milk to the frother. Top the matcha latte with the froth for a creamier texture.
  5. Dust with cinnamon if using.
