Maximize energy and curl up with an ultra-creamy, easy-to-make- coconut matcha latte on a cool day.

Ingredients
- ⅛ cup coconut cream (the hard/solid) part of a can of coconut milk
- 1 teaspoon Four Sigmatics Matcha Powder
- 1 tablespoon honey
- ¾ cup boiling water
- cinnamon for dusting, optional
Instructions
- In a mini blender, combine all the ingredients.
- Blend until smooth and matcha powder is dissolved.
- Pour into your favorite mug.
- If you have a milk frother, add some additional coconut milk and/or almond milk to the frother. Top the matcha latte with the froth for a creamier texture.
- Dust with cinnamon if using.
