Coconut Pineapple Yogurt Pops

Ingredients

  • 1 cup canned coconut milk
  • 1 1/2 cups pineapple or vanilla yogurt
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen pineapple
  • ¾ teaspoon coconut extract (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon sugar

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Combine all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour the mixture into the popsicle molds and insert the popsicle sticks. Freeze the popsicles overnight before eating.

Notes

  • When making the yogurt pops fresh or frozen pineapple is best to use. I don't recommend canned pineapple.
