Ingredients

  • 12 ounce can fat-free evaporated milk
  • 14 ounce can light coconut milk
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 2 teaspoons coconut extract
  • cinnamon ( to taste)
  • 1/2 cup shredded sweetened coconut

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Pour into freezer molds.
  3. Freeze and Enjoy!!
