Ingredients

  • 1 (14 ounce) Can coconut milk
  • 1¼ cups water
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 ½ cups uncooked jasmine rice

Instructions

  1. In a large saucepan, combine rice, coconut milk, water, sugar, and salt.
  2. Bring to a boil on medium heat, then reduce heat to a simmer, cover and cook for 15-18 minutes.
  3. Serve warm as a side with your favorite Asian dish.
