Ingredients

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 cup whole milk vanilla greek yogurt
  • 1 cup whole milk (or milk of choice)
  • 2 coops collagen (or protein powder of choice)
  • 2 tablespoons instant espresso powder
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder (optional )
  • ice to thicken

  1. Place all ingredients in a high speed blender and pulse until smooth. 

Notes

  • Start with 1/2 cup ice and keep adding more until you’ve reached desired thickness level.
