Ingredients
- 1/2 pound medium roast coffee beans ground fine
- 4 quarts filtered water at room temperature I used tap water filtered in my PUR container
Instructions
- Place grounds in a clean 6 quart container. Pour water over the grounds.
- Stir ensuring all the grounds are moist.
- Cover container and let sit for 24 hours.
- Using a small sieved strainer and cheese cloth or coffee filter, strain coffee into a clean container. Refrigerate concentrate until ready to make iced coffee. Pour concentrate in ice cube trays.
- To make iced coffee, fill glass half full with concentrate. Add Milk and sweetener of your choice. Enjoy. Repeat.
