Ingredients

  • 1 pint coffee ice cream
  • ¼ cup Coffee or Espresso cold
  • ¼ cup whole milk

Instructions

  1. Place all three ingredients in a blender.
  2. Blend on high speed until thoroughly combined.
  3. Enjoy immediately with optional toppings like whipped cream and/or chocolate syrup.

Notes

  • Substitute whole milk for low fat milk or non-dairy milk if preferred.Use vanilla ice cream instead of coffee ice cream.
  • Add 2 tablespoons of chocolate syrup or a ½ cup of chocolate chips for a mocha coffee milkshake.
