Ingredients

  • 2 cup rolled oats
  • 4 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 4 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 cup vanilla Greek Yogurt
  • 1 pinch salt
  • ½ cup cold brew concentrate or regular espresso (cooled)
  • 1½ cup milk

Instructions

  1. Add the rolled oats, chia seeds, brown sugar, salt, yogurt, cold brew, and milk to a large bowl. Stir until well combined.
  2. Cover with a lid or plastic and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  3. When ready to enjoy, top with your toppings of choice.
