- 1/2 cup rolled (old-fashioned) oats (gluten-free, if needed)
 - 1/2 cup strong-brewed coffee
 - 1/3 cup non-fat vanilla greek yogurt (plant-based, if desired)
 - 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
 - sweetener of choice to taste (I used stevia)
 
Instructions
