Coffee Panna Cotta – a traditional Italian dessert, perfect for any occasion. Silky, wobbly, and delicious.

Ingredients

  • 300 ml – 10 oz. heavy cream I used lactose-free cream
  • 100 ml – 3.5 oz. milk I used lactose-free milk
  • 80 gms – 6 ½ tbsp sugar
  • 3 sheets 6 gms – 0.2 oz. of gelatine or 2 tsp of gelatine powder
  • 120 ml – ½ cup strong coffee I used espresso
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • chocolate chopped, to decorate
