- 300 ml – 10 oz. heavy cream I used lactose-free cream
- 100 ml – 3.5 oz. milk I used lactose-free milk
- 80 gms – 6 ½ tbsp sugar
- 3 sheets 6 gms – 0.2 oz. of gelatine or 2 tsp of gelatine powder
- 120 ml – ½ cup strong coffee I used espresso
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- chocolate chopped, to decorate
