Ingredients

  • ½ cup cold brew coffee or iced coffee
  • ½ cup almond milk unsweetened, plain or vanilla
  • 1 small banana frozen
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter or almond butter
  • 1 coop protein powder vanilla
  • ice optional, cubes

Instructions

  1. Combine the coffee, almond milk, frozen banana, peanut butter, and protein powder in a high-speed blender. If desired, add a few ice cubes to the blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy. Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.

Notes

  • Cold brew coffee has a smoother, less acidic flavor than regular iced coffee and can be homemade or purchased.
  • Freeze leftover coffee in ice cube trays to add to shakes without diluting coffee flavor.
  • Vanilla protein powder works best, but chocolate protein powder offers a mocha variation.
