Ingredients
- 1/2 cup coffee cold brew preparation
- 1/2 cup dairy-free milk I like coconut for extra creaminess
- 1 banana in chunks, frozen
- ¼ cup cauliflower or ice, riced; frozen
- 1 coop (25g) protein powder vanilla or chocolate
- 1/2 Tablespoon chia seeds
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 Tablespoon almond butter
Instructions
