Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup coffee cold brew preparation
  • 1/2 cup dairy-free milk I like coconut for extra creaminess
  • 1 banana in chunks, frozen
  • ¼ cup cauliflower or ice, riced; frozen
  • 1 coop (25g) protein powder vanilla or chocolate
  • 1/2 Tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 Tablespoon almond butter
