Cold Silken Tofu Dish (Inspired by Liangban Tofu)
This super easy and quick cold silken tofu dish was first introduced to me by Liz Miu! It's super quick to pull together and is refreshingly delicious!

Ingredients
- 1 silken tofu ~12 oz/312 g, you can also use the block of silken tofu, cut into slices
- 2 tbsp soy sauce or to taste
- 1 tsp sesame oil toasted
- chili sambal optional
- 1 scallion finely diced
- sesame seeds toasted, for topping
- white pepper optional
Instructions
- Slice the tofu into coins and fan out to maximize the surface area for dressing.
- Dress with soy sauce, toasted sesame seed oil, chili sambal (optional), finely diced scallion, toasted sesame seeds and white pepper (optional).
- Enjoy cold with rice (or as I often do, on it's own as an appetizer/snack/side dish)
