Ingredients
- 2 oz orange juice
- 2 oz champagne
- 20 ml blue curacao
Instructions
- Fill a champagne glass 1/3 with champagne & 1/3 orange juice.
- Fill the plastic syringe with blue curaçao.
- Squirt the syringe into the mimosa to turn it green.

- Non-Alcoholic Version - To make this a family-friendly recipe, substitute lemon-lime soda for the sparkling wine. A few drops of blue food coloring can be used to make the green color. If using the syringes, you can mix the food coloring with simple syrup, and then add to the syringe. That way you get the same fun color-changing effect!
