  • ½ tin condensed milk (200 grams)
  • 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon mustard powder
  • small pinch cayenne powder

Instructions
